Hi, I'm Mel.
I kept the weight off for a decade. Navigating perimenopause, through a layoff, through my stepdaughter's cancer diagnosis, while working 60-hour weeks. Still eating dessert. Still moving to the beat of my own drum.
I stopped following rules that asked me to give up who I was and what I loved.
I'm a certified fat loss and food freedom coach and a former teacher of 20 years. I know how to take the complicated and shut out the noise, making it so clear, so doable, so undeniably yours that you stop needing anyone to think for you.
That's the whole point. Building reps. To build confidence. To regain trust in your own judgement so you keep crushing your goals.
