Your Part: After you book, you’ll complete a short pre-session form. It’s not a quiz. It’s your chance to get it out of your head and into my hands before we ever get on the call together. You write it down. You send it. And for a minute, someone else is holding that weight.

My Part: I read every word before we meet. I pull the strategies, the tools specific to what you’re carrying, the reframes. I show up already thinking about you. Already working.

Step 2 • In the Session

Our Part: Then we get on the call and something happens in that give and take that can’t happen in isolation, in your own head. It’s not just strategy. It’s the lived experience meeting your situation. It’s the back and forth of someone who knows this work from the inside asking the right questions and hearing what you’re actually saying underneath what you think you’re saying.

Step 3 • You Leave With

  • A clear plan built around your specific situation
  • A session recording so nothing gets lost
  • A written summary of everything we mapped
  • If we decide you need something custom built or resources pulled together, consider it done.
  • One week of follow up access as you start making moves
